1ST LAYER:
1 Package brownie mix

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix and spread over brownie crust.

3RD LAYER:

3 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Mix with mixer and spread over cheese mixture.

4TH LAYER:

Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding and sprinkle with chopped pecans.

Buy large container of Cool Whip.

1st layer: Grease the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake according to pkg directions.
2nd layer: Mix and spread over brownie crust.
3rd layer: Mix with mixer and spread over cream cheese mixture.
4th layer: Spread Cool Whip over pudding and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
