3 tsp. olive oil
3 onions, chopped
3 cloves of garlic
3 pounds of ground meat (wild game, beef, turkey etc)
1 c. red wine
2 large cans of chopped tomatoes
4 small cans of black beans, rinsed
1 1/2 c. sweet corn
2 T. chili powder
1 T. ground red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, saute the onions and garlic in the olive oil.

Add the ground meat and cook until browned.

Add the remaining ingredients and bring just to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
