6 pork chops
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. curry
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 medium onions, chopped
1/4 c. bell pepper
1 c. sweet corn
1 can tomato soup w/ 1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the breadcrumbs and spices together, then bread the pork chops with this mixture. In a frying pan, brown the breaded pork chops approximately 5 minutes. In the bottom of a baking dish that has a tightly fitting lid, place the onion, pepper and corn mixture. Place the pork chops on top. Pour the tomato soup mixed with water over the top. Cover the dish with a lid and bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

Edith Ahlers alters this recipe by using a Cajun barbecue sauce instead of tomato soup and omitting the bell pepper from the vegetables.
