8 oz of Noodles
2 cans (7) ox tuna drained
12 oz sour cream
3/4 cup mile
i can (3oz) mushrooms
1.5 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbs butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 350. Cook noodles, drain. add to 2 quart casserole dish with tuna, sour cream, milk mushrooms, salt and pepper.

Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and butter, sprinkle over casserole, bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes

My family loves extra bread crumbs, so I usually use 2-3 pieces of bread, sprinkle Parmesan cheese and pour butter over casserole.
