1 10 1/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz. block Colby cheese shredded
1/2 C onion chopped 1/2 C butter melted
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t salt
2 30 oz. packages frozen country hash brown potatoes
1 C shredded colby cheese

Preheat oven 375. Combine first 6 ingredients stirring until well blended. Add potatoes. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13x9 baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 C colby cheese. Bake 25 to 30 min. or until golden brown.
