2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 chicken, boiled and diced
2 cups cooked ham, diced
1 large onion chopped
1 cup celery diced
3/4 cup bell peppers chopped
1 cup rice uncooked
3 tbsp garlic minced
15 oz tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 large can chicken broth
3 tbsp bay leaf
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tbsp Worcestershire
1/4 tsp cayenne
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 pkg smoked sausage sliced
1 pkg shrimp peeled
1 pkg okra

Directions:

Use a heave pot.
Cook ham, chicken, sausage, onions, celery, peppers and garlic in enough oil to keep from sticking. Cook until onions are tender. Add tomato sauce, water, chicken broth, worcestershire sauce, thyme, bay leaf, rice, salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste.
Let simmer stirring occasionally. Don't let it get too thick if it needs add chicken broth and tomato sauce. Simmer at least one hour.
20 minutes before serving add okra continue simmering 10 minutes before serving add shrimp
