1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/4 tsp. parsley
assorted cut-up vegetables:
quartered cherry tomatoes
broccoli
radishes
carrots
green onions
cucumber
pecan halves
green olives
red, orange peppers
1 pkg. Athens Mini Fillo Dough Shells
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except vegetables and fillo shells;
blend until smooth. Spoon cheese mixture into fillo shells,
garnish with vegetables. For a quick, creative presentation,
pipe cheese mixture into shells with a pastry tube.
