1 -10oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1 package vegetable soup mix
1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped
3 green onions, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze spinach until dry. Combine all ingredients, cover,
refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with pumpernickel bread
or crackers.
