2 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 cup parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 - 1 cup cornflake crumbs
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Sauce:
1 can cranberry sauce
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 bottle (12 oz) chili sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, soy sauce, onions, eggs, parsley, garlic,
crumbs, salt and pepper. Shape mixture into balls and brown
in 350º oven 10-12 minutes. Can be frozen at this point.

Combine sauce ingredients. Heat, stirring until cranberry
sauce melts. Pour sauce over meatballs. Bake in 350º or
simmer on stove until meatballs are heated through.
