10 pounds lean ground beef
8 packages Schilling dry Sloppy Joe Mix
4 12 oz cans tomato paste
1 29 oz can tomato sauce
1 package celery hearts, thinly sliced
2 pounds shredded carrots
3 large yellow onions, chopped
5 bell peppers, chopped
1 jar Kraft BBQ sauce

1. Cook hamburger and drain well
2. Add all other ingredients and cook well
3. Refrigerate and skim off extra fat
4. Serve on hamburger buns

Mixture freezes well. Will fill two large crockpots.
