12oz. box penne pasta
1 lb. ground beef or sausage
1 15oz . can Italian tomato sauce
114.5oz can diced recipe ready tomatoes with herbs
1 can tomato paste with garlic 4 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1cup chopped onion
1/2 c water
Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to pack. directions; drain.Cook meat, onion in large skillet over med. heat ,drain. Stir in water, tomato sauce, undrained tomatoes, tomato paste. Stir occasionally. 10 min. Layer half pasta, half sauce and half cheese in a 13x9 baking dish ; repeat. Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven for 20 min.
