4 Stalks celery
1 Green pepper
1 Onion
1 Small can sweet peas
1 Small can French cut green beans
1 Small can White shoe peg corn
1 Small jar chopped Pimento
3/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup oil (or less)
1 1/2 cup sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put into saucepan the vinegar, oil, and sugar. Bring to a boil for 1 minute, continue stirring. Chop up all other ingredients and put into a container. Pour liquid over and stir together.

Refrigerate salad a few hours before serving
