Summertime BBQ classic in our house. It travels well and is always a crowd pleaser. Serve with cold beer and a Rockies game.

1 1/2 cups Melted Butter
3/4 lb. Pulled Pork
1 1/2 cups Sugar
6 Eggs
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. Milk
1 1/2 cans Creamed Corn
1/4 cup drained Chopped Green Chili's
1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese (cheddar and jack blend)
1 1/2 cups Flour
1 1/2 cups Yellow Cornmeal
2 tbsp. Baking Powder

Directions:
Directions:
In a big bowl, stir together butter, milk and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add creamed corn, chili's and cheese.

In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Slowly beat dry ingredients into wet. Fold in pulled pork.

Pour into buttered 9 x 13". Bake at 325 for one hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
