3 lbs. hamburger
1 can evaporated milk
2 c. instant oatmeal
2 eggs
1/2 c. onion (chopped)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. chili powder

Mix and shape into balls. Place on jelly roll pan.

Sauce

2 c. ketchup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. garlic powder
Liquid smoke

Directions:

Pour sauce over meatballs. Cover with foil and bake at 350º around 1- 1 1/2 hours. I usually make 1 1/2 recipes of the sauce for the meatballs and take off the foil after 1 hour so they brown a little.
