1/3 cup water
1/4 cup tomato paste
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsps. seasoned salt
2 tsps. cider vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. beef bullion granules
2 lbs. beef short ribs
1 small tomato, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
In a 3 qt. crock pot, combine first 8 ingredients. Add ribs, tomato and onion. Cover and cook on Low for 4-5 hours or until meat is tender.
In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth; gradually stir into cooking juices. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until thickened.
