4 large or 6 small guavas, cut in pieces
½ cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup ice
sprig of mint [optional]

Directions:
Directions:
Place the chopped guava in a blender. Cover and blend for 30 seconds on high. Strain the pulp through a sieve to remove seeds. Return the pulp to the blender and add the sugar and milk. Cover and blend on high, adding the ice through the opening in the lid. Blend for 30 more seconds. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a sprig of mint, if desired.
