1 package boneless skinless chicken tenders
1 bunch of spring onions
3/8 c soy sauce
4 tbsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (or less spicy add less, more spicy, add more)
2 cups water
1 cup Basmati Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Finely slice spring onions and mix with other ingredients except rice in a sauce pan. Slowly bring to boil. Turn to simmer as soon as ingredients start to boil. Simmer for 45 min.

While the chicken and other ingredients are simmering, put 1 cup rice and 1 and 3/4 water in another sauce pan. Bring to boil uncovered. As soon as rice starts to boil, immediately bring to the lowest heat possible then cover with lid.

Leave rice on the lowest heat for 25 min covered and do not remove lid until 25 min is up. Put rice in bowl and pour chicken and sauce over rice and enjoy.
