2-3 lbs pork roast
1 can (#2) crushed or chunky pineapple
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice pork into 3/4" cubes, salt and pepper them. Brown in oven at 400ºF for 30 minutes. Drain off fat.

Sauce:
2 tbsp melted margarine
1 tbsp cornstarch
4 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce

Mix cornstarch with vinegar and soy sauce before adding to margarine. Pour over meat, add vegetables, add #2 can of crushed or chunky pineapple. Stir.
Return to oven for 30 minutes.
