1 1/2 lb top round London broil, 1 1/4-inch thick
5 large garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
1 tsp salt

Marinade:
Mash garlic and salt to form a paste. Place in a blender. Add balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and honey; blend. Pour into a heavy-duty resealable plastic bag; add steak. Seal bag, pressing out excess air. Place bag in a shallow baking dish. Refrigerate 4 hours up to 24 hours, turning occasionally.

Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill pan or grill to medium high (350ºF to 400ºF).

Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Place steak on grill. Grill 7 to 9 minutes per side (145ºF for medium-rare) or to desired doneness. Remove from grill; let stand 10 minutes.

Slice across the grain, and serve.
