4 TBL butter
2 TBL honey
1 1/2lb pork tenderloin
1/2 tsp. Cajun Season
1/2 tsp black pepper
3/4 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In pan heat butter and honey until melted. Sprinkle tenderloin with Cajun seasoning, pepper, and rub until a good covering is achieved. Then brown each side for 5 minutes. Lower heat if honey begins to burn.
Place tenderloin in over and roast for 15 minutes uncovered. Remove and transfer pork to a plate. Cover with foil.
Add the water to pan and stir over medium heat. Simmer for 5 minutes, until sauce begins to reduce. Slice Pork diagonally and drizzle sauce over top.
