5 eggs - hard boiled and chopped up
or 5 can's of Tuna (5 oz)
3/4 c. flour
5 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper or to taste
3/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over medium heat, stirring constantly. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add milk with a wire whisk, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly. Add eggs or tuna and stir well. Remove from heat. Serve on toast.
