1 lb. fresh cauliflower
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. butter
1 c. flour
1 qt. chicken broth
1 qt. half & half milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and cut cauliflower into 1/2" pieces. Steam in 1 c. water until tender. Melt butter in sauce pan, add flour, stir and bring to a boil; low heat. Add cauliflower, cheese, half & half, salt, and pepper. Heat, but do not boil. Serve with crackers.
