3 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
2 (10oz) cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. butter
*Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into pieces and place in 9"x13" baking pan. Sprinkle rice over chicken. Combine soup & water then pour over rice. Season with salt & pepper and dot with butter. Cover and bake in oven at 350º for 1 1/2 hrs.or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
