1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
2 tbsp. butter
2 (10.5 oz.) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
1 med. onion diced
1 large carrot diced
1 large celery stalk diced
4 large refrigerator biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Place thawed chicken in crockpot. Top with butter, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion, carrot, and celery. Cook on high 4-6 hrs. or low 8 hrs.
After chicken is thoroughly cooked shred it then add it back to the crock. Cut each biscuit into small pieces. Add biscuits into crock and cook additional 30 min. to 1 hr. or until biscuits are done. Serve hot.
