1 lb ground round
1 pkg taco season mix ( i like hot )
4 oz cream cheese
12 large pasta shells
1 cup medium salsa
1 cup taco sauce or enchilada sauce
2 cups Co-Jack or sharp cheddar cheese grated
1 1/2 cups Nacho chips crushed lightly
4 green onions
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta and drain. Toss with olive oil or butter.
Brown hamburger, add taco seasoning mix and water according to directions. Simmer till thickened and add cream cheese. Set aside to cool for handling.

Pour salsa on bottom of baking dish, stuff each shell with meat mixture. Place on top of salsa. Pour taco sauce or enchilada sauce over top and bake 350 for 30 min. Remove from oven top with crushed chips and sprinkle cheese on top, back to oven for 15 min.

Serve with sour cream, olives Pico or whatever garnish you want.
