3 cups Cinnamon Chex cereal
3 cups Rice Chex cereal
1 cup walnut pieces
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 cups dried or freeze dried apples, coarsely chopped in needed
1 cup white chocolate morsels
1tsp shortening

In large bowl mix cereals and walnuts
In 2 cup measure microwave brown sugar, butter and spices for about 90 sec. Stir after a min. Pour over cereal and coat evenly.
Microwave 4 min on high stirring after each min.
Spread on waxed paper to cool. Sprinkle apples over mixture.

In small bowl microwave white choc and shortening. Stir till smooth and drizzle over cereals. Let stand till set. Break into bite sized pieces.
