3 cups heavy cream
jar caramel or butterscotch ice cream topping
1 tsp vanilla
large prepared angel food cake
bag of toffee bits

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl beat cream until just beginning to get thick, gradually add caramel topping and vanilla. Beat till soft peaks form.

Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers.
Place bottom layer on serving plate. spread with 1 cup of cream mixture and sprinkle w 1/2 cup toffee bits.
Repeat
Place top layer on cake and frost sides. Sprinkle with toffee bits
Store in refrigerator
