2 boneless skinless breasts cut into strips or chunks
4 oz linguine, cook al dente
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 T butter
1-2 cups cream or half and half
2 T chopped sun-dried tomatoes
salt
pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp basil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in bowl and toss with Cajun seasoning to coat. In large skillet saute chicken in butter, 5 to 7 min add garlic. Reduce heat add cream, tomatoes,basil, salt and pepper.
Pour over hot pasta and sprinkle on Parmesan
