16 oz cottage cheese
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup Parmesan
1 tsp oregano
1 lb ground beef
15 oz tomato sauce
1 cup Pace Picante Sauce Medium
1 T chili powder
1 cup frozen corn
12 corn tortillas
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together cottage cheese, eggs and oregano.
Cook beef in skillet, drain fat. Add sauces, chili powder and corn. Heat through
Arrange 6 tortillas in bottom and up sides of pan. Top with half beef mixture. Spoon cottage cheese over all. Top with remaining tortillas and beef mixture.
Bake 400 for 30 min
Top with cheese and bake 5 min longer.
Let stand 10 min before serving.
