Salt
3 T olive oil
4 cloves of garlic crushed

Directions:
Set pasta to boil
While pasta is cooking add olive oil to pan, warm and add chili flakes and garlic. Turn off heat and set aside for 5 min.
Then raise heat to medium, add wine and lemon zest to boil wine down by half, about 3 min.
When pasta is just about cooked add a cup of pasta water to skillet and stir in heavy cream. When the cream is warm add the lemon juice and season with salt. Drain pasta and toss with the sauce. Let pasta stand for one minute so it can soak up sauce and lots of flavor. Toss with parsley, basil and grated Parm. Serve immediately
