Frank's Wing Sauce
4 cups shredded cooked chicken, can use rotisserie chicken
Large bag Ranch flavored tortilla chips
4 oz Blue Cheese,12 oz Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese shredded
2 stalks chopped celery
1 stick butter or 1/2 stick butter and 1/4 cup water
diced bunch of green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 1 1/2 cups wing sauce, butter and water if used to a simmer. Add chicken and heat thru. Strain chicken and reserve sauce.
Spread chips out on cookie sheet, top with chicken, top with cheeses. Bake till melted and then top with celery, onions and drizzle with reserved sauce.
