1 Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage
4 large russet potatoes diced and peeled
2 medium onions
4 cups chicken broth
3 cloves garlic smashed
1 T basil pesto
tabasco to taste
S & P
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups cream or half and half
Baby spinach or kale

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and add garlic and onions in bottom of stock pot
Add chicken broth and potatoes. Simmer till potatoes are soft.
Add rest of ingredients, heat thru but do not boil

Use as much spinach as desired, I just add some for the vitamins and color. Kale chopped is very good too!
