1 14 oz package coconut
2/3 cup sugar
6 T flour
1/4 tsp salt
4 egg whites lightly beaten
1 tsp almond extract
package of semisweet chips (12 oz)


Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325
Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Add egg whites and extract mix well.
Drop by tablespoonfuls, 2 inched apart on prepared cookie sheets
Bake 20 min or till edges are golden brown
Cool

Melt chocolate and dip cookies halfway into chocolate
