Ingredients:  
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 cup onion
1/4 cup green pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
8 oz tomato sauce
1 can Hungry Jack flakey biscuits
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 egg (beaten)
1 additional cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Separate biscuits into 2 pieces. (Top and bottom) Brown hamburger and drain. Add above ingredients to hamburger, reserving 1/2 cup cheese. Place 1/2 biscuits on bottom of sprayed 8 x 8 pan.
Spread filling mixture over bottom layer of biscuits and top with the other 1/2 of biscuits. Sprinkle with reserved 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
