4 lb. boneless pork shoulder or Boston butt roast
1/4 c. Brown sugar
1 tsp. dry minced garlic
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. Ketchup
3 T. Cider vinegar
2 T. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Place roast in slow cooker. Combine spices and sprinkle over roast, turning to cover evenly an rubbing in gently. Combine ketchup, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce and drizzle over roast. Cover and cook 10 hours on low. Remove roast and reserve liquid. Shred meat. Skim fat from liquid. Place meat back in cooker and drizzle with about 2 cups of liquid.
