1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. AuGraten Potatoes
2 1/4 cups boiling water
2/3 cup milk
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning
Coarsely broken Dorito Chips
8 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º
2. Cook beef until brown, drain
3. Mix uncooked potatoes, sauce mix and boiling water and milk in ungreased casserole dish. Stir in beef and 4 oz. cheese.
4. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until top is light golden brown.
5. Sprinkle chips over casserole;spinkle with remaining cheese over chips.
6. Bake 3-5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
