apple cider vinegar
Texas PeteŠ hot sauce
sugar / SplendaŽ sweetener

Apple cider vinegar 4 1/2 c. 3 3/4 c. 3 c. 2 1/4 c. 1 1/2 c. 3/4 c.
Texas PeteŠ 6 oz 5 oz 4 oz 3 oz 2 oz 1 oz
Sugar / SplendaŽ 6 oz 5 oz 4 oz 3 oz 2 oz 1 oz

Cook pork in smoker, using hickory chunks or chips, until done (170şF in center).

Chop pork to desired consistency.

Add liquid ingredients to chopped pork and mix well, adding salt and pepper to taste.
