1/2 cup butter
5 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
1 1/4 cup flour
pinch salt
Directions:
Directions:
Put butter in oven proof large skillet and set in a 425 oven
Put eggs in blender and whirl 1 min
while motor is running pour in milk and then slowly add flour and salt
Continue to whirl for 30 seconds
Remove pan from oven and pour batter into pan
Return to oven and bake 20 min till well browned and puffy

Serve with warm syrup, powdered sugar, apple pie filling, yogurt, fresh fruit ....
