2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups cups cheddar cheese
1 cup quick cook oats
1 cup chopped onion
2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
Sauce:
2/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
11/2 tsp.ground mustard
1/2 tsp. nutmeg( optional )
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for meat loaf well. Shape into 8 small loafs. Place in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Combine: ketchup, brown sugar,& mustard. Spoon over loafs. Bake 350 degrees. 45-50 minutes.

These meat loafs can be baked in small aluminum foil pans. This recipe makes about 5 . They freeze real well.
