8 slices of bread - cubed
2 cups shredded cheddar
1 lb pork sausage
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place cubed bread in bottom of casserole pan
Top with cheese
Brown sausage and place on top of cheese
Beat eggs with milk and dry mustard, salt and pepper
Pour over bread, sausage, cheese. Cover and refrig overnight
Next day mix soup and 1/2 cup milk and pour over casserole.
Bake 325 for an hour or 75 min
