1 chicken or chicken breast
2 1/2 or 3lb.( cut up and trimmed)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix. ( I use less)
2 cups uncooked rice
1 can mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Grease large casserole dish. Heat creamed soups, milk, onion soup, mushrooms and rice together. Pour on bottom of casserole dish. Place chicken on top. Salt and pepper. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake 325. Degrees for 2 hours. Don't peek!


If you use chicken breast, the time might need to be cut 15 minutes.
