2 cups chicken
1 can mixed vegetables (drained)
1 can cream of chicken (Campbell's is best)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 box jiffy cornbread mix
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
Shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts and chop
Mix with cream of chicken soup and mixed vegetables
Pour into sprayed 9 inch pie pan
Mix cornbread, egg and milk
Pour over chicken mixture
Bake at 400 degrees 30 minutes
Cover with shredded cheese while hot
