1 crockpot roast
1 can beef broth
1 pkg. AuJus mix
1 pkg. Zesty Italian Dressing
1 can water

Hoagie Buns
Mozzarella Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Combine broth, AuJus mix, Zesty Italian mix and water. Place in crock pot add roast. Cook on low for 8 hrs.

Place meat in Hoagie Bun, top with cheese place in 350º oven to melt cheese and crisp bun.

Dip in AuJus mixture.

When I make these I saute mushrooms, onions and peppers and put them on before adding it to the oven.

Also I don't bake these I put them open face on a cookie sheet and butter the top bun and broil them for a few minutes they get nice and golden brown and are delicious.
