1 Box of Butter Recipe Chocolate Cake Mix
1 Box Hershey's Pudding Mix
4 eggs
2 heaping TBL of Sour Cream
2/3 C melted Butter
1 1/3 C water

1 - pint of Heavy Whipping Cream
1 - 8 oz bar of Cacca Chocolate (Ghirardelli's)

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl until smooth & bake at 350 for 38-40 minutes in Bundt pan.
Let cool completely before flipping over to remove (generously apply cooking spray to bundt pan prior to filling with batter).

For Ganache:
Chop up 8 oz of 60% Cacca Chocolate (Ghirardelli's) and put in heat resistant bowl.
Heat 1 pint of Heavy Whipping Cream to a boil (will rise). Remove & then pour over the chocolate. Stir until smooth. Add the juice from a small jar of Marachino Cherries, stir.then pour over cake
