1 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 stick butter

combine dry ingredients, cut in butter til crumbly

For a medium white sauce use 1/2 cup mix with 1 cup cold water, cook til bubbly and stir 2 min.
For a cheese sauce for over veggies ( cauliflower, broccoli ) just add 1 cup shredded cheese
