2 heaping T. Flour
1 cup corn meal
1 heaping T. Baking powder
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
1 egg chopped fine
2T. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Hush puppies - Mix ingredients together and drop by spoonfuls into hot grease and fry till golden brown.

Corn dogs - insert a stick into favorite hot dog. Immerse in batter. Try to coat evenly and drop into hot grease. Fry until golden brown and drain on paper towels. (When making corn dogs you may want to omit onion)

Jiffy cornbread mix can also be used instead of mixing the batter Be sure to still use buttermilk if making this way.
