2 lb. hamburger
1 small onion
3 - 4 stalks celery (optional)
1 c. chopped carrots
2 - 3 medium potatoes
4 cans chicken broth
1 med size pkg Mexican Velveeta

Directions:
Directions:
Dice celery, carrots and potatoes. Cook in 2 cans chicken broth until tender.
Meanwhile brown hamburger and drain completely.
Put drained hamburger, tender vegetables and additional 2 cans of broth in a 5 quart pan.
Bring to a boil and add cubed Velveeta to soup.
Simmer on low heat until ready to serve.
2 T. Cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup cold milk can be added to thicken the broth if desired.
