8 oz spaghetti
2 T butter
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
2 cups cottage cheese
1 lb Italian sausage ( I like hot )
1 onion chopped
1/2 bell pepper chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 cup marinara sauce
2 oz mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
In large pot boil spaghetti til done and strain. Stir in butter to hot pasta, add Parmesan cheese and press into large pie pan for a crust.
In skillet brown sausage and veggies., drain fat
Stir in marinara sauce and heat thru. Pour into pasta crust. Top with mozzarella and bake 350 for 25 min
