1 box pie crust dough rolls
1 can Veg-All
1 chopped onion
2 stalks chopped celery
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 T instant chicken bouillon
salt
pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp sage
or 1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 1/3 cups milk
2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
egg to brush on pie crust top

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet saute onion and celery in butter till soft. Blend in flour, spices and bouillon. Add liquid from Veg-All and milk. Cook till thick and bubbly Add chicken and can of veggies. Heat thru and taste for seasoning

Unroll pie crust and place in bottom of pie pan, pour in filling. Top with another crust and crimp edges to seal. Make slits in top for steam venting and brush with egg wash.

Bake 375 for 35 min

Sometimes I add 2 cans of veg-al if I want to serve more people or stretch the filling. This is Dad's favorite meal
