Ingredients:  
1 entire box Zesta Crackers (The one with four packs of single crackers).
Put crackers in a large zip lock bag.

1 and 1/4 cups Canola Oil. (Has to be Canola Oil, or they will be greasy. Also, cut back from 1 and 1/4 to just 1 cup, and they are almost just as good.)
2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes (can vary to taste)
3 tablespoons powdered Ranch Dressing

Add this mixture to the bag and shake back and forth gently to coat all the crackers. Every time you walk by them in the kitchen, give them a toss for the first day.

They will be ready the next day.
